This online directory of more than 50 managed care networks, including Aetna Signature AdministratorsSM, a national network with more than 793,000 healthcare professionals nationwide, contains information on those providers that participate in your group's provider network. Always contact the provider's office to:
- Make sure the provider is accepting new patients.
- Verify the location of the provider's office.
- Confirm participation in the network.
Additionally, you should contact your health plan administrator or your employer's human resources representative to verify your benefit and eligibility information.
Dentist Lookup (Applies to TMT Group Insurance Trust participating employers only)
Trustmark Affinity Markets enables you to turn to its dental network manager, DenteMax, to access a PPO dentist. Participants can choose from more than 73,000 dentists across the country and can change dentists at any time. There is no paperwork to complete or waiting periods for choosing a new DenteMax dentist, and each family member can select his or her own dentist. Your plan allows you to visit any dentist you wish, but your costs are lower and benefits greater when you select a dentist within the DenteMax network.
